Swallow, Sharon Swidler, Kathryn Trumbull Fimreite, Kathy Weaver, and
Eric Weinstein.“Where art works,”
alludes to the fact that although an artist’s studio practice may be
unseen, creative work is an integral part of Chicago’s vibrant

As per Chicago's latest recommendations, masks are required of our patrons age 2 and up regardless of vaccination status. All gallery staff are vaccinated.
Parking and Transportation
Metered street parking available. We are close to Western, Foster, Lincoln, and Lawrence bus routes. The Western brown line station is about a 5-10 min walk south from the gallery.
Please note: gallery will close a little early on 1/15 in preparation for Zoom talk, will be open from 12 to 4:30 PM.
Please join a virtual conversation with the current exhibiting artists - they'll talk about the artists work, sustaining a studio practice, and the role of the artist and art within a larger community/city/world. Your questions are encouraged. If you can't make it, this event will be recorded and available online at a later date.
